- Abstract
Enterosorption, a method of removing toxins from the body, shows promise in enhancing the immune system's response to cancer and improving cancer prognosis. By detoxifying the body and normalizing gut microbiota, enterosorbents can potentially control tumor growth and improve cancer treatment outcomes. However, more research is needed to investigate the hypothesis that pathogenic microflora may be a leading cause of death in cancer patients. Additionally, the article explores the relationship between the microbiome and tumor development, suggesting that understanding the tumor microbiome could lead to new approaches in cancer treatment.
