- Abstract
The article presents several pointers for those who have stepped out of their comfort zone. It notes that stepping out of the comfort zone figuratively and literally sharpens one's focus and it suggests joining teams of innovators who are not afraid to take risks. Also discussed are the need for good mentoring and the importance of using fair practices that benefit everyone. According to the author, taking a chance can help one discover new technologies and the people and companies that are pioneers in innovations.
