Neutron scatter camera detects source of radiation.
Abstract
The article reports that a neutron scatter camera is being developed by Sandia National Laboratories, Livermore, California, which offers an innovative way to detect radiation. The author states that the instrument has the ability to count neutrons from a source of nuclear material and localize it. This means that it can detect radiation and also detect its source. The makeup of the camera is also discussed.
