The article presents the author's comments on transitional justice and other things related to international law. He comments that the term "transitional justice" was coined by him in 1991 in the wake of the collapse of the Soviet regime and Latin America's move towards democracy. He informs that his idea behind coining the term was to create a conception to represent justice during a transitional phase following past oppressive rule.
