- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 60-year-old man with ischemic cardiomyopathy who was admitted to the hospital's cardiac care unit with cardiogenic shock. During the patient's stay in the cardiac unit, he experienced multiple paced wide-complex tachycardia accompanied by hemodynamic deterioration. The article discusses the tachycardia and the mechanism of change in its cycle length.
