- Abstract
The last years I have been studying the promotion of culture of peace thruogh State Advertising that the spanish government hired in television. Year by year, I found that the results were the same. Thus, I decided to make an investigation in what happened about the same phenomenon but in other countries. This paper shows the results obtaind in the study of the Netherlands, a country so many times regarded as a referencen in democracy (and so in culture of peace) in Europe. Culture of peace is a project defended and promoted by UNESCO, vertebrated in a whole theoretical and conceptual universe, that not only means the absense of war, but focuses all kind of human and social relationships. In order to this purpose, we have analyzed carefully the whole 26 Government's campaigns.
