- Abstract
The article features the lawyering decisions of the Supreme Court during the October 2009 term which has raised comments in the U.S. It notes that the lawyering cases have fallen into four categories of bad lawyering cases, First Amendment cases, fee cases of attorneys, and timing cases. It cites the cases relating to the issues and the corresponding court decisions including the Holder v. Humanitarian Law Project and Zauderer v. Office of Disciplinary Counsel of the Supreme Court of Ohio.
