- Abstract
The article discusses the lawsuit filed by Allied Leisure Industries Inc., a company in an entertainment industry, against Midway Manufacturing Inc., a video game publisher, in the U.S. District Court of Illinois, Northern District. Allied Leisure claimed that Midway infringed its copyright by copying a printed circuit board of its tennis games and also claimed unfair competition under the state law. It states that copyright protection of video games has increased under the U.S. Copyright Act.
