- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 62-year-old male patient who was suffering from dyspnea, orthopnea and hemoptysis, in whom airway stent damage was detected as he coughed up a small metallic fragment of the stent. Topics discussed include the the detection of lung adenocarcinoma from endobronchial biopsies, the symptoms of airway stenosis and complications from airway stenting.
