- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 22 year-old female presented with a worsening left ear pain and conductive hearing loss after medication of antibiotics and otic drops. Microscopic otoscopy revealed opacification of the tympanic membrane, while computed tomography imaging of her temporal bones revealed left middle ear and mastoid opacification. Magnetic resonance imaging suggested an unusual presentation of a Wegener's granulomatosis.
