- Abstract
The article comments on the proposition that critical management studies represent management as one thing, as presented in the article "For Management?" by S. Clegg, R. Kornberger, M. Carter and C. Rhodes. The author argues that representing management as one thing is arrogant and totalizing. The author also defines management as only those things that go on in certain sorts of managed organizations. He adds that this is a reasonable definition, but if radical possibilities are restricted to what already exists as dominant then it does not seem to be very radical.
