Pay rises to match inflation.
Abstract
The article reports on the annual pay increases of three percent or equal to inflation that was won by nurses providing healthcare services to the coal mining industry as part of the enterprises bargaining agreement (EBA) negotiated between the New South Wales Nurses and Midwives' Association (NSWNMA) and Coal Services Pty. Ltd. Focus is given on the formation of the Coal Services branch of the NSWNMA. Another issue addressed in the EBA is the payment of on-site allowance to nurses.
