- Abstract
The article offers information on the works of artist Martin Kippenberger and a text by physician Daniel Gottlob Moritz Schreber, that proposes devices, named Geradhalter, to be used on young children to improve their posture while studying. Topics discussed include several paintings by Kippenberger; the Plexiglas segments in the painting "Portrait Paul Schreber;" and the model of libidinal energy referred to by Michael Sanchez in "Anti-Oedipus." Also mentioned are the diptych "Down with Inflation" by Kippenberger, and a lecture presented by Paul Emil Flechsig in 1894.
