- Abstract
This research aims to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed training program based on sports activities for the development of sensory-motor integration in children with motor cerebral palsy. For this purpose, the study was conducted on a purposive sample of 8 children (both genders) with motor cerebral palsy, aged between 5 and 8 years. Data collection tools included interviews, observations, the Human Figure Drawing Test, sensory checklist, and the proposed training program. A quasiexperimental method was employed for data analysis, and the results of pre-test and post-test measurements were analyzed using the paired samples t-test. The findings indicate that the proposed training program based on sports activities is effective in developing sensory-motor integration in children with motor cerebral palsy.
