- Abstract
The undercarriage of model QLY tyre crane adopts a unique structural form of combining the frame and outriggers, which is driven by a swing hydraulic cylinder and a motor on a single outrigger wheel simultaneously to realize the process of swing the outrigger. With the swing angle of the outrigger as the benchmark, based on the speed of the swing hydraulic cylinder, the nonlinear ratio of the instantaneous speed of the swing hydraulic cylinder to the instantaneous speed of the motor is calculated in real time through the program. With the calculated instantaneous nonlinear ratio as the benchmark, through electrically-controlled PID algorithm, the speed of the motor is controlled in closedloop to reach the theoretical instantaneous speed, and the double mechanisms drive synchronously. This control method can ensure uniform and smooth synchronization of the two mechanisms to complete the action of swing the outrigger, which solves the problem of unfolding and folding the outriggers of the model QLY tyre crane undercarriage.
