- Abstract
According to Teacher Perceptions In this study, ethical leadership behaviors of school administrators are examined according to teacher perceptions. At the same time, it is also questioned whether there is a differentiation in the perceptions of school administrators towards ethical leadership behaviors according to the descriptive characteristics of teachers. In line with the aim, the questionnaire consisting of a personal information form and an ethical leadership scale was applied to 216 teachers working in public schools in the Batman province in the 2022-2023 academic year. The data obtained from the surveys were evaluated using SPSS 22.0 statistical program in a computer environment. As a result of the research, it was found that school administrators have a high level of ethical leadership behaviors according to teacher perceptions. It was also determined in the research that the ethical leadership behaviors that teachers perceive from school administrators do not differ according to their gender, age, seniority and working time at school.
