- Abstract
The article discusses the politicisation of the U.S. judicial review process, focusing on the influence of a judge's political views on the outcome of an administrative law proceeding. The confirmation hearings of several U.S. Supreme Court justices are also examined, including Chief Justice John Roberts, and Justices Sonia Sotomayor and Elena Kagan.
