The article focuses on analysis of constitutional federalism approaches with determination of its provisions under the U.S. Constitution. Topics discussed include prevalence of different prerogatives distribution towards federal and state governments; interpretation of different rules in the Constitution such as the Necessary and Proper Clause; and description of the commerce Clause that depicts federalism under the Constitution.
