- Abstract
Our objective is to understand the perception of Cameroonian Very Small Enterprise's (VSEs) employees on the management practices of human resources diversity. A qualitative study was conducted and data came from 22 VSEs, collected using the life's story technique of Bertaux (2003). The thematic content analysis reveals that variables such as «Foundrer's personal network» and «Reward system» are perceived by employees as the most suitable means for managing human resources diversity, while the «On-the-job training» variable seems rather mixed, as it loses its virtues when combined with the Founder's personal network, although it eliminates the harmful effects of ethnic and age diversities.
