- Abstract
The article explores the unifying idea in the narrative of Deborah, found in the fourth and fifth chapters of the Book of Judges in the Jewish Bible. It mentions that the beginning of the story directs readers to consider points of comparison between her story and the Exodus' story in the scenarios of confrontation and how victories were attained. It also describes that her song recounts how she overcomes the unfortunate days of oppression by the enemy, leading to glorious victory of Israelites.
