- Abstract
The article discusses the potential use of the language model ChatGPT in counseling sessions for patients who have undergone solid organ transplantation. ChatGPT, created by OpenAI, has shown promise in various applications, including mental health support. It can provide patients with advice on safe living practices after transplantation and address psychological concerns related to the procedure. However, it is important to recognize the limitations of ChatGPT and use it as a supplemental tool alongside medical specialists. Ethical considerations regarding patient privacy and confidentiality must also be taken into account when using artificial intelligence in counseling.
