- Abstract
The article focuses on constitutional protections of communications on political matters with reference to trials in Australian Capital Television and Lange. It further discusses the reasons behind the High Court's decisions on the freedom in political communication with reference to Coleman. It also discusses the arguments and the concepts on the freedom of expression, problems rose due to the regulation of speech and the Australian political culture.
