Seven influential scholars who have made significant contributions to the fields of management and leadership are profiled. These seven well-known academicians include (1) Warren Bennis, (2) Emile Durkheim, (3) Fred Fiedler, (4) Frederick Herzberg, (5) Kurt Lewin, (6) Abraham Maslow, and (7) Henry Mintzberg. One unique and influential characteristic shared among them is that they are Jewish. Their religious and cultural backgrounds are detailed as well as their lasting impact in academia and industry.
