- Abstract
An interview with the coordinator for the organization First Nations Women Advocating Responsible Mining (FNWARM) Jacinda Mack is presented. When asked about the circumstances under which the members of FNWARM originally come together she refers to the social trauma that mining towns were creating for First Nations people. She expresses her view on responsible mining and its economic benefits. She comments on why women need to advocate responsible mining.
