The article provides information on the climate change mitigation and energy security efforts of China and the U.S. It mentions that the two countries are considered as the biggest contributors of greenhouse gases across the planet due to massive quantity of carbon dioxide emission. It cites their discussion during the Strategic Economic Dialogue regarding energy security and environmental protection. Moreover, the policy recommendations for the two countries are also discussed.
