- Authors
TAYLOR, K. PHILIP
- Abstract
The article focuses on the communication skills needed in the current business and industrial environment. An effective supervisor must posses the ability to speak clearly and effectively and must also be able to listen to what his employees are saying. Communication specialists follow the rule of delivering information fast and precisely. Since communication in business happens simultaneously within the organization, between professional competitors and to the public, an astute communicator must be able to listen to acquire the information when it is available and ensure that it is correct.
