- Abstract
The article discusses the incident of Cronulla riots and racial violence between a group of Middle Eastern people and local Cronulla citizens at Sydney, New South Wales on December 11, 2005. It was informed that the cause of the incident lies in the revival of new racism which resulted to increase police powers to control the violence. It was suggested the need for collaboration of local, regional and national levels and Commonwealth government to deliberate accommodating and inclusive policies.
