- Abstract
The article discusses a case study of a 72-year old patient with month long history of vomiting and progressive nausea and pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors. The patient was taken to an inpatient palliative care unit for symptom management in which nasogastric tube insertion was followed by intravenous and oral erythromycin in refractory nausea. Also mentioned is the need for further research on gastroparesis management in palliative care patients.
