The article presents a study of a 38 years old man diagnosed with Graves' disease. In the medical analysis, a relapse was being noticed and treatment was being restarted due to the observed poor compliance. The patient accepts to have a regular treatment and his case was considered as an example of pseudotumor pretibial myxedema favored by local physical trauma.
