- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 10 days old male baby who was admitted with the dyspnea. During the physical examination, it was noticed that the patient has II/VI systolic murmur and weak femoral pulses. The transthoracic echocardiography revealed that the baby has a dilated left ventricular with aortic coarctation and midmuscular ventricular septal defect. Moreover, emergency balloon angioplasty was performed to the patient.
