The article presents a case study of a 69-year-old female with malaise and fatigue. Topics mentioned include the physical examination performed to her, the diagnosis of progressive glomerulonephritis (RPGN) disease, and the renal biopsy performed on her. Also mentioned was the contribution of monoclonal IgG Lambda antibodies to patient's RPGN disease.
