- Abstract
The article discusses the impact of the Response Ability Pathways (RAP) training on youth behavior at Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) in Rockville, Maryland. It highlights the Emotional Disability Services program of MCPS which offer services to students with emotional challenges. It states that students with emotional disability (ED) are required to attend comprehensive schools who will be provided with supplementary aids and services. It mentions that coercive methods of classroom control are ineffective in educating students with ED.
