- Abstract
The article presents case studies of a a 59-year-old woman and a 64-year-old woman who underwent the approach of resection vestibular schwannoma. The patients have developed cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) rhinorrhea. Temporalis muscle grafting was performed on both the patients. The surgical technique included various step-by-step methods including raising the nasoseptal flap (NSF), preparation of the recipient bed, and closure of eustachian tube (ET) with NSF.
