- Abstract
In this article the author discuses that the major causes of reproductive failure and limit the efficiency of assisted reproduction is abnormal oocytes. he states that fertile mice can be efficiently produced by injecting androgenetic haploid embryonic stem (ahES) cells which carry some geneticall imprints into oocytes by replacing sperm. He further states that parthenogenetic haploid can also help embryonic Production when it gets alternative for the maternal genome.
