- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 19-year-old woman with therapy-resistant focal segmental glomerulosclerosis (FSGS) who underwent a bilateral robotic nephrectomy using a supine robotic approach. Topics discussed include the use of a robotic subumbilical approach for improved perioperative outcomes, the technical aspects of removing the kidneys with a morcellator through small incisions, and the patient's recovery and subsequent listing for kidney transplantation.
