- Abstract
Moreover, R-CHOP is less toxic than high-dose methotrexate -based regimens and can be administered to outpatients; however, central nervous system-directed treatment may be offered to patients with affection of deep brain structures and/or meninges [[1]]. Primary dural diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (PD-DLBCL) is a non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) that arises within the dura mater. Due to the bulky disease and the suspected involvement of meninges, consolidative irradiation (total dose of 30 Gy) of the brain was performed and 12 months later the patient remains in complete remission.
