- Abstract
The authors discuss the need for new classification of the disparate causes of immunocompromised cutaneous district such as locus minoris resistentiae. Topics discussed include the Renbök phenomenon, which is the appearance of new lesions pertaining to an existing skin disorder at the sites of trauma or cutaneous scars, localized immune deregulation, and immune cells and neuropeptides.
