- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 63-year-old man with a giant malignant proliferating trichilemmal tumor in the arm, wrist, and back of the hand. Clinical examination revealed an exophytic and a focally ulcerated tumor while magnetic resonance imaging displayed a solid tumor in the middle-distal radio ulna and metacarpal. The patient was subjected to surgical excision and axillary dissection without metastasis.
