- Abstract
The article focuses on the court case involving the non conviction bad character evidence. The author highlights the case of Angeline Sara Jane Mitchell who murdered her partner due to provocation and self defense after a violent encounter with her partner Anthony Robin whom Mitchell stabbed to death. The court decision over the case and the author's commentary are also presented.
