- Authors
Thomas, Andrew
- Abstract
The article provides analysis of the efficacy of unilateral and multilateral sanctions on Syria since the September 11, 2001 terrorist attack and the policies that underpin them. The author highlights the sanctions imposed by the administration of former U.S. Presisdent George W. Bush on the Syrian regime in 2014. He also provides remedies to what is perceived to be a limited and unpredictable foreign-policy tool in international relation.
