- Abstract
The article discusses a comprehensive literature review of randomized controlled trials testing nutrition and exercise interventions tailored for Hispanics which was conducted to investigate how the interventions were constructed. Researchers evaluated 18 interventions and found that most were theory driven, contained culturally sensitive components and were informed by formative research.
