- Abstract
In this century, the challenges are immense and for this the company must have a culture that innovate and initiative to members of that company. In this research the concept of innovation and organizational culture is exposed considering that are complementary and necessary elements together, to address long term, which is the only that can be trusted, if the company wants to stay on the market in the future. The problem of culture and ability is also addressed, given that a strong involvement of business management is necessary. Innovation is at the moment the Achilles heel because, as reported Roman emperor Julius Caesar, before crossing the Rubicon River to subordinates "the die is cast" also, for many company that judgment is valid, but no success as well it was for Julio Cesar, but the beginning of decay and finally disappearance of current markets.
