- Abstract
This article aims to present and to analyse the implementation of an action-research led in Luxembourg within the framework of a project on School-Family Relationship. After the presentation of the object of our study, this contribution highlights the process of problem co-construction. The stages of team development proposed by Tuckman (1965) will offer an insight into the implementation and success of an action-research. We will see how this process of co-construction develops through the problem definition and the formation of the group. This will be supported by our field research, where four groups co-constructed four distinct problems from the same input.
