- Abstract
The article presents the case of a 60-year-old Chinese female with a 3-week history of painful rash on her lower abdomen and thighs. She had a medical history of such conditions as ischemic heart disease, severe atherosclerosis with chronic occlusion of the infrarenal aorta, and diabetes mellitus. She was diagnosed with reactive angioendotheliomatosis (RAE), particularly the diffuse dermal angiomatosis (DDA) variant.
