- Abstract
The article discusses changes in loan regulations following the adoption of the proposed financial regulation Basel III of the Basel Accords created by the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision (BCBS). The author cites that the Basel III will allow increased capital charges for banking activities including individual and corporate loans, and will substantially change according to reforms in loan charges. An overview on the standard provisions of the Loan Market Association is given.
