- Title
PRO: A DEFENSE OF C. S. LEWIS'S ARGUMENT FROM DESIRE.
- Authors
Williams, Peter S.
- Abstract
The article presents the author's comments in favor of British writer C.S. Lewis' apologetical argument from desire (AFD). The author believes that a thorough reading of Lewis's works suggests that his argument from desire is basically about the intuition of another world, or Heaven, rather than God. The author cites several of Lewis' works to explain the phenomenology of joy, including "Surprised by Joy," "The Pilgrim's Regress," and "The Wind in the Willows."
