- Abstract
The goal of this research is to look into several issues, including the relationship between internal and external factor organization and the performance of sustainable collaboration. The quantitative stage of this study used a census sampling technique to provide equal opportunities to all BPJS Kesehatan branches as both the research population and the sample. BPJS Kesehatan has regional office representatives divided into 13 regions, with 126 branch offices (one administrative) and 388 district/city offices. This study used Partial Least Squares (SmartPLS) path modeling, and SPSS software for data analysis. This study concludes that stakeholder management and Collaborative Organizational Culture has a direct impact on organizational collaborative performance. On the other hand, this study also shows that the two moderating variables, mainly Regulatory Effectiveness and External Stakeholder Interest, have no effect on the relationship between Stakeholder Management and Organizational Collaboration Performance. In practice, the findings of this study can help organizations, particularly BPJS Kesehatan, based on Management Stakeholder, organizational culture, and success in long-term collaboration.
