- Abstract
The article reports the decision of the U.S. Supreme court in the case "Endrew F. v. Douglas County School District RE-1" in which the court held that, under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act schools must provide students an education that is "reasonably calculated to enable a child to make progress appropriate in light of the child's circumstances. It mentions that vacated the judgment of the U. S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
