- Abstract
The article discussed the Organizational Development (OD) practitioners which are encountering moments of being unsure and uncertain of their actions. Also discussed are the eight guidelines of what to do when in doubt from Marshak which include telling the truth, taking a break and refraiming of experiences. It states that the following tips was based on his experience as an OD practitioner for a large multi-national corporation in China.
