- Abstract
The article discusses decision in the court case People v. McDuffie filed in the Supreme Court of New York Appellate Division regarding defendant's rights to juror substitution. Topics discussed include conviction of the defendant on charges of second degree murder and possession of a weapon, signing of another juror to defendant without knowledge of the defendant and conclusion of the appellate court that the juror substitution was invalid.
